PAYMENT: Fill in your card details and authorise the payment.

Bancontact

PAYMENT: After having filled in your card details, you will be routed to your own online banking environment to authorise the payment.

REFUND: As soon as we receive a returned item, the corresponding value of goods will be credited to the debited account.

Bancontact is available in Belgium.

PayPal 

PAYMENT: When you choose the PayPal payment method, you are forwarded to the PayPal payment page, where you log in to your PayPal account. Here, you choose one of the payment options linked to your PayPal account and authorise the payment.

REFUND: As soon as we receive a returned item, the corresponding value of goods will be credited to your PayPal account.

SEPA Bank Transfer 

PAYMENT: You receive the payment details through an e-mail. You can then log in to your own online banking environment and transfer the payment from there when it is convenient for you. Processing a SEPA bank transfer generally takes a few workdays within Europe. We have instant status updates for the payment status. We will inform you via E-Mail as soon as the payment is confirmed, and the order will be shipped.

REFUND: As soon as we receive a returned item, the corresponding value of goods will be credited to the debited account.

Klarna: Pay later 

PAYMENT: Using Pay later you have 14 days to pay after you have received the product. The payment notification will be sent to you as soon as the product is shipped. From that moment, you are able to pay. You pay the invoice either directly via bank transfer or you use the Klarna customer portal or app.

REFUND: In case you had already paid the invoice before you return the products, the corresponding value of goods will be credited to your account as soon as we have received the returned item. In case you had not paid the invoice before you return the products, we will send you an E-mail, with the new payment details as soon as we have received the returned item.

Klarna Pay later is available in The Netherlands and Finland.

iDEAL 

PAYMENT: When you choose the ideal payment method, you are forwarded to your own online banking environment, where you log in to your bank account and are asked to authorize the payment. When this is done, the bank immediately confirms the payment and you are returned to the webshop.

REFUND: As soon as we receive a returned item, the corresponding value of goods will be credited to your bank account.

iDEAL is available in The Netherlands.

SOFORT Banking 

PAYMENT: When you choose to pay through SOFORT Banking, you are redirected to SOFORT Banking’s online banking environment, where you log in with your own online banking credentials. When the payment is authorised, customers are returned to the webstore. We receive an immediate confirmation of the payment and will proceed to ship the order.

REFUND: As soon as we receive a returned item, the corresponding value of goods will be credited to the debited account.

SOFORT Banking is available in Germany, Austria, The Netherlands, Italy, Spain, and Belgium.
